Welcome to Freefall Flight School! Before you begin your exciting journey into the world of skydiving, please take a moment to read our terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment:

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by phone.
• Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• Payments are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another date or participant with at least 48 hours notice.

2. Safety Requirements:

• All participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Participants must be in good physical health and free from any medical conditions that may prevent them from skydiving.
• Participants must sign a waiver releasing Freefall Flight School from any liability in the event of injury or accident.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Freefall Flight School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights at any time due to inclement weather or safety concerns.
• In the event of a cancellation by Freefall Flight School, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Participants must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule their flight. Failure to do so may result in a forfeit of payment.

4. Conduct and Behavior:

• All participants must comply with instructions given by Freefall Flight School instructors at all times.
• Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol before or during their flight.
• Any participant deemed to be behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner will be removed from the premises and will forfeit their payment.

5. Photos and Videos:

• Freefall Flight School reserves the right to capture photos and videos of participants during their flights for promotional purposes.
• Participants may request copies of these photos and videos for an additional fee.
